We read every message and reply as soon as we can. Writing in English helps us answer faster.

Subnautica Interactive Map is run by a small independent team, and email is the fastest way to reach us. There is no contact form, so your message goes straight to a person and nothing you send is stored on this website.

Report a wrong or missing marker

Corrections are the most useful thing you can send. To let us check your report quickly, please include:

  • the marker name, or the link from the map's address bar (it contains the marker id);
  • the coordinates you saw in game with the F1 overlay, in the order x, y, z;
  • what you found there, or what was missing;
  • a screenshot, if you have one.

We confirm each report against the game and the Subnautica Wiki before changing the map. If the wiki is wrong too, we recommend updating it as well, since both projects help the same players.

Translations

The site is available in eight languages. If a name or description reads badly in your language, tell us the page, the current text and your suggested wording. Official in-game names are especially welcome.

Privacy requests

We do not keep accounts or personal profiles. Your found markers, chosen categories and custom markers stay in your own browser. If you want to ask about data handled by our hosting or advertising partners, or exercise a right described in our Privacy Policy, email us with the subject "Privacy request".

Copyright and content concerns

The map images are based on community renders shared under CC BY-SA 3.0, and Subnautica artwork belongs to Unknown Worlds Entertainment. If you believe something on this site uses your work incorrectly or without credit, email us with the subject "Copyright", a link to the page and a link to your original work. We respond to these notices first.

Advertising and partnerships

For advertising, sponsorship or collaboration questions, use the same address with the subject "Partnership". We do not accept paid placements that change what appears on the map or in our guides.

What we cannot help with

We are not part of Unknown Worlds, so we cannot help with game purchases, refunds, crashes or save files. For those, contact Unknown Worlds support or the store where you bought the game.
